Supplier data portal for Stibo STEP

Your suppliers upload data however they have it. Rastro parses it, maps fields to your STEP object types and attributes, enriches the gaps, and feeds products into your approval workflow.

What Rastro handles

PDF and Excel auto-parsing

Suppliers upload whatever they have. Rastro parses Excel with mixed-language headers, PDFs with spec tables, or CSVs. No templates needed on the supplier side.

Web enrichment

Paste a manufacturer URL. Rastro pulls specs, images, and documents, then maps them to your PIM attributes. Fill gaps without asking the supplier twice.

Supplier and distributor comments

Built-in threads between your team and suppliers. Flag missing data, get the fix back in the same place, apply it to the batch.

Object type mapping

Rastro reads your STEP object type definitions and maps supplier columns to the right attributes on the right object type. Hierarchies preserved.

Workflow integration

Products enter your existing STEP workflow at the right state. Approval gates, validation rules, and business rules apply as normal.

Reference data linking

Supplier values get matched to your existing reference data (brands, categories, units). New values flagged for review rather than created silently.
